E-codes installed...use long screw thing to adjust?? 200

Hey all,
Just installed a complete new set of E-codes and the brick truly looks European and I love it!! Put in PIAA Xtreme White Plus bulbs with the heavy duty wiring harness and damn the light output is incredible!!! No more condensation and lousy over-run. They really make the brick look unique. However, I need to adjust the positioning...how is that done?? There is a long screw-like thing extending out from each lens housing...just turn that and have the car facing a wall??
