that is, excluding the notorious "hand-me-down" factor that sometimes happens with volvos. yes, i got a "perfectly good volvo" for 90 bucks. but it was from an aunt who was getting a new car, so i busted the ol volvo outta the mechanics shop, and yes it is "perfectly good. minus ac and interior.... lol...
