I bought these mud flaps from my local volvo junkyard. Nice condition.. but after a week they are still attached to the in the junkyard car! The nut and bolts are all rusted together from sitting for 7 years. Tried just removing them with a socket wrench.. didn't work. Tried PB Blaster... didn't work. Tried cutting one of the bolts off with my dremel and a cutting disk which did work(sparks are fun) but after that I found another bolt and nut up inside the wheel well holding it on. ARRGGgggg. Got a nut breaker today but haven't tried it yet. Is there any easy way to get to the nut/bolt without jacking the car up? Anyway to get at them from the trunk? The junkyard car is a 760Tic... probably a early/mid '80's one.
