flame trap 700 1990

Once you find the thing following "aleekat's" directions, the whole assembly simply pulls apart to reveal the probably plastic flame trap inside. Clean it with a blast of carb cleaner and a toothpick or pipe cleaner. Also, be sure to clean the hoses, as well, especially the small vacume line. Use something like WD-40 to clean the hoses. Cleaning the flame trap is somewhat of a PIA, but a neccessary one!
