Our local WalMart (Baltimore) has now carries Mobil 1 in the 5 quart jug in all weights as a permanent stock item. They toyed with them a while back, but apparently now its here to stay. Of course there isn't a Volvo on earth that takes five quarts, so you have to fiddle with the amounts. It was $18 plus change. Don't know if this is a national distribution decision or not.
