Ever since I had the car repainted my brake lights come on when ever I turn on my headlights and or parking lights.If I put my foot on the brake w/ headlights off, the brake lights come on but so do my parking lights in the front. Also, the seat buzzer just started sounding when I put on the brakes,(lights on or off).I checked the vacuum switch that goes to the brake pedal , it sounds the buzzer when I push the button in w/ my finger.

The paint shop said the printed circuits in the rear lights were bad. I replaced them and "rolled the fuses" and all was working fine for about 3 months. I then put a stereo in the car and now the lighter does not work when the lights are on and it goes out if I put my foot on the brake ( cell phone charger light goes out). The number 6 fuse burnt out and I noticed the number 7 has a lot of heat discoloration. The bulb failure sensor seems to bring all these together are these failure prone? Also I wondered if I should check to see if the paint shop failed to rehook up any chassie grounds.
