Remove the door lock knob, the door release trim ring, the door pocket tray (rotate the three clips at the bottom 90 degrees, release the ends from the catches, lift entire tray 90 degrees, and pull out), the grab handle (pull the little round cover buttons, and there will be #3 phillips screws behind it), and if equipped, the manual window crank (pop the cover off of the handle - it's the center piece of plastic, and remove the screw).
Then go around and release the plastic clips from the panel. A slotted tool would help here, but otherwise, careful use of a flat screwdriver will work also. Once the three sides are popped, the top will just lift out, as that's catching the ledge.
At that point, the inside trim plastic for the mirror should simply pull out. Remove the screws, and replace with new one.
Rest is reverse of everything said above.
