Hi - It doesn't have "cutouts" per se, just where it would narrow from behind the wheel wells to in between them. I could send you a pic if necessary. The dimensions are 53 3/8" wide (behind the well area) and 37" long (from front to back). Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks again.
