Strange hot restart problem in my 93 1993

My 93 245 has a problem with running rough after restarting. It lasts about 30 seconds. When I initially open the throttle nothing happens - a big flat spot. I typically pump the throttle a few times, and am able to run it at around 2000 rpms, but it's rough. After about 30 seconds, it smooths out and runs and idles fine. A cold start doesn't produce this behavior - it only occurs when restarting after it's thoroughly warmed up. Also, it only occurs after it sits for about 15 minutes following a shut down. If I restart it within a few minutes it runs fine. This leads me to believe that it's heat soak related. Here's the car's state in a nutshell: New cap, wires, plugs, fuel pressure regulator, ECT, AMM (rebuilt by Python), rebuilt ECU (a shop burned out last one), rpm sensor, no vacuum leaks, clear flame trap, new fuel pump relay, no codes. Yesterday, I checked that the EZK and the ECU were getting the correct signal from the ECT (at least when cold). Idle motor seems OK. Also removed the injectors and verified that they don't leak and the spray pattern is fine. Any ideal are much appreciated!
