Brake Fluid Leak 200 1989

I noticed today that there were a few drops of brake fluid coming from the distribution block under the driver's side of the car. First is this a common problem, any part of the block known to fail/leak? If so is there an easy fix, way to rebuild the block, or is it best to pick up a new one? Thanks.
