where to source original wires in length? 200 1981

I was cleaning and fixing up various stuff last night and found that there was crumbling insulation on the wires to the corner light. Can this portion of the harness be rebuilt, or is it better to just source one new? If it can be rebuilt, where is the best source for proper wires and the connectors needed?
