my indicators and hazard lights have recently gone. I have a 1985 740 turbo and the relays behind the EQ are set out slightly different than the diagram in the archives, Is the tall, squar, black relay second row from the front second on the left side (kinda confusing), it has three prongs _
I I is it the relay for the indicators and hazard lights? I have had it re soldired and when it was put back a light on the dash came on. It looks like this [(ABS)] I didnt think that the car, 85 would have abs breaks and the reylay comes on with the ignition. Yes the relay runs hot and is stuffed. I went to the local garage and got a relay that does the same thing. when it was replaced the same ABS light was on? Im kinda confused and if this relay isnt the indicator\hazard light what is it for?
