B30E vs B30F ? 140-160

What is rhe difference between these two engines? I know their both FI. Was one made just for the US market. I'm in Canada so I'm assuming it would be a US spec car. How can I tell which engine I have? Is the US version loaded down with extra emission equipment? Thanks for any input.
