Hi-

I'm trying to get to know my new (to me) 94 945. I'm gradually going through the car and noticing things I'd like to repair. Here we go:

1) The driver's side door speaker doesn't work. I removed the grille and the speaker is visibly damaged. I'd like to replace it but it seems to be an odd size....somewhat smaller than 6" and larger than 5 1/4". It also looks like the speaker is riveted in place...any tips on how to remove it?

2) The front seatbelts barely retract. I'd like to replace the retractors, I think, to keep the belts out of the doors. I'm not sure if the lame retraction is a safety concern. The belts are solid when jerked suddenly.

3) The driver's seatbottom is very cracked. It's tan leather and I'd like to replace it or repair it. Not sure how to begin other than just cover it...which my wife has vetoed.
