Chris Herbst..........on Air conditioning
In a previous post YOU SUGGEST PULLING A VACUUM ...any suggestions on one of us can start looking for leaks and pulling a vacuum. Ever use the air-eductor (you use compressed air through a eductor to pull a vacuum)to suck down their system and test for leaks?
(And if it doesn't hold a vacuum how do you find the leak?
( I imagine you almost have to charge it to get the red dye to leak out right?)So I might as well head to the shop now?
I just replaced the a air cond line and was interested in how to test before I spent the $ to go to a shop for a system charge.
