chrome wheels 700

wondered if anyone has successfully restored chrome wheels with a nice looking "polished" chrome finish, ya know, like when they were new or like a bumper. Neither Duplicolor nor Krylon bright chrome did a good job after grinding off rust; priming; finish painting with the above
