Replacement Tires for 245Turbo

Hey Guys....can anyone recommend a good tire for my 245 turbo?? I have completly overhauled the suspension. Now I need a good tire with good handling. I drive crooked mountain roads daily so I want something with great handling, but also something with a fairly good tread mileage. Anyone have any advice??? Thanks!!
