Brake Advice 200 1987

I am in the process of ordering the parts to do a brake overhaul on my '87 240 wagon.

I have a couple of questions, any input is appreciated:

1) Are the vented/nonvented front rotors interchangable? Or do I only replace vented with vented, non with non? Any preference?

2) Is there anything else I should change while I have it all disconnected? Bearing? (Anyone know if they need to be pressed?
