intermittent low idle 700 1991

740 non turbo with regina, MAP sensor, Intake air temp sensor.Cold or hot start
never a problem. Idles ok after start at all times , acceleration is always smooth....but when I come to a stop idle is low, steering wheel shakes! After abot 10 -15 seconds idle smoothes out!!! This low idle after coming to a stop is intermittent but it occurs more often than not.Any suggestions other than adding fuel injector cleaner which I have done often enough?
