Having another 740 Turbo problem 700

Hello brickboard, I'm seeking help again. I recently had my trottle body clean, and now my car acts like it's out of gas when I try and start it. It turns over for about 20 to 30 mins. before it starts and then when it starts it running real bad, and I can't get it to pick up. It's pushing a lot of gray/black smoke out of the exhaust and you can smell gas fumes in it.
When I finally get it to go, it hesitates and stalles and at times I have to turn the ignition off and restart it while I'm driving along.
It use to start real easy, but now I don't have any idea what's happening. It's also starting to pings at times when it's running bad.
Sometimes I wonder if it's getting fire, but when I had the trottle body cleaned, I had the plugs done at the same time along with the coil being checked.
I've had the distributor rebuilt and then replaced. Could something be wearing them out that fast?
If you can help me, I would appreciate it and I'm thanking you in advance.
