Simple question,I figured out the best way to ask this question.

Will the pumps sound(work) when the engine is cranking or only after the engine is running? I know when in run without start,nothing but what about during cranking..
It took me awhile to figure out how to word this 100,000 doller question.THANKS to all....

Now im RELAY PUMMPED & CRANKY.(LOL)
