David's recommendation is a good one. Pick up a handful of these bulbs, but be prepared to spend as much on them as the installation...I've seen these for $9 a piece. It will be a guage of your dealer's humanity if they sell it for $5-6.
You don't have to remove the radio, however. All you need to do is pop out enough trim to remove the screws that holdthe instrument panel in place. The best friend you will have in this venture is a diagram that Gregsky provided in the S/V90 forum some time ago. It shows the screw locations and will save you a lot of grief. If Steve has not put it in the FAQs, he should. Otherwise search on the forum or the picture gallery.
It's really not that hard, but you do need to go slow and deliberately. There are a ton of screws inlcuding the steering column cowl that has a variey of torx screws and a set screw for the wheel tilt lever..all under the steering wheel.
