Leaky injectors 140-160 1974

I suspect I may have leaky injectors. Whats the best way to check them....pull the rail off ,get a pan,switch the ignition on and see if any are dripping? I have a couple of spare sets so I guess I could substitute any that were leaking. Anybody know what a fair price would be for rebuilt injectors...Canadian funds?
