Fuel Pump 700

The last couple of days withever I switch off the car I still hear the fuel pump wizzing. This morning it happen again and it must stay on until the battery was drain. I have replace the ignition switch about two weeks ago. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it. I have also replace the fuel pump relay. I have order a new fuel pump (regina).
Need your Help
