740 Turbo purchase 700

A poll of opinions as such. I have found a 1990 744 turbo for sale. We are looking to get rid of my wife's...ahem...Dodge Stratus... and just happened on what seems like a gem. I haven't seen it in person yet, just saw pics and talked to the owner on the phone. The car looks beautiful, original owner, always dealer serviced since new and he has all records. It has 176,000 kms on it with a rebuilt engine installed with only 12,000kms on it! The engine was rebuilt and installed by the Volvo certified dealer shop. He is asking for $7500 CAD. This sounds like a good deal IMO (although I would want to check it over first)based on what other cars go for these days, as well as what good Volvos tend to go for as well. Any thoughts or opinions?
