I am having a continuing problem with front rotor warping evidenced by steering wheel oscillation. I have replaced the master cylinder, hubs, front calipers, brake pads (Volvo OEM, PBR Deluxe), brake hoses, and rotors (volvo OEM, Balo, DBR slotted). I have checked hub and rotor runout during each installation (.001-.002"). The wheels are always tightened with a torque wrench to Volvo specs. After approximately 5,000 miles (4-6 weeks of driving) the rotors start to warp (steering wheel starts to oscilate upon braking). I drive mostly interstate with relatively little hard brake usage. The car currently has 110,000 miles and has been aligned with no adjustments necessary. The front suspension components have been examined and are good. I purchased the car almost 2 years ago with 50,000 miles. It has not been hit or damaged in any way. I have taken it to 2 Volvo dealers and a local Volvo specialist. No one seems to be able to determine an assignable cause. I am not aware of any appropriate TSB's. Please help, the only thing left to replace is the car.
