Pertronix install on 72E 1800 1972

I'm getting ready to put a pertronicx into my 72E. I noticed in the IPD catalog that the wiring is more complex or different than just the standard red/positive and black/negative to the coil. Has anyone done this before and if so how should I wire this thing up?
