Suspension bushing replacement. 140-160 1974

I'm thinking of buying a tool to help me rebuild the entire suspension myself, without going the whole way of getting a floor mounted hydraulic press. Is there a tool I can purchase cheaply to replace the trailing arm (rear) lower forward bushing? Would an arbor press work? Can I use a ball joint "C"-press in some way?

I like to get jobs done in one day, and depend only on the Volvo. It convinces my friends that my 145 is utterly techologically sustainable.

1974 145e. It wanders a little at speed. Feels like the rear shifts around, for some reason. Toe-in is fine, front seems tight enough, ball joints measure spec. Little play in steering.
