New developments after diagnosis. Fuel Delivery Problem- please help

So I diagnosed my problem some more. It seems as if it is not an electrical issue. I checked the fuel pump relay and it works, all fuses are fine, and I tested for voltage at the injectors while cranking and they were also working. I think there's something wrong with the fuel pump, a loose contact or otherwise. Does anyone have a diagram of how the fuel system works or where what is. It would be very helpful in trying to find out what's wrong. Is the fuel pump in the tank? Can I check it's voltage? Any help is appreciated.. again. Thanks!
