Installing new engine 700

New, as in "rebuilt" longblock or new, as in different (used)? If used I would replace the rear main seal as well as the cam and front crankshaft seal along with the timing belt and new waterpump. It would never be easier to install a new oil pan gasket. Injector seals come to mind as do motor mounts.
