Just wanted to share this. I did not post the question about front end popping and clunking, but I had the same problems. Started after I rebulit the front end. Been driving me crazy. Everything was thight and new. Saw the posting a few days ago about not tightening bolts (cone bushings) while on stands.Was using the blue poly ones from IPD so they were not damaged. Lossened things up, put on ground and retightened and bingo..my noise was gone...Thanks for the great posting...
