Be certain to look closly at the IAC valve, the all time greatest trouble maker of them all. If that baby gets loose it will let air into the manifold like a monster. And the connector is generally secured with the clip, but if you were handling around in this area it is suspect. God knows how I hate my IAC and all it's problems!!!
