What the h***!!! HELP!!! Cruise problem 700

There are no internal cables in the diaphragms on these cars so that is not it, the diaphragm holds vacuum fine and I am not sure what floor it means, this is a turbo diesel and I only accelerated from 70 to 75 mph. I do not floor any of my cars. I am concvinced that this is an electrical problem although God knows why it would just stop working unless my stalk broke. Will check when the rain stop with a different stalk and whether the vacuum pump works.
