CSI to LH 2.4 conversion 200

I have a 88 240 (wrecked) with a good engine and fuel system and I have access to a 82 240 with CSI does any one have any information on a complete engine fuel system swap as far as what may be required? Is this evan Possible? Will the trans mate up? Both are Automatics.
