Mustangs kept the traditional Ford bolt pattern of 4.5 " & will not work

I have a 142 with New 16" Taurus wheels which replaced the old ones from a 1st generation Taurus.

A friend has 850 wheels on his 144.

Lincoln Ls wheels work, as do Windstar.

Another thread has a photo of a 145 with 17" 850R wheels.
