heat Blower 850

I have 95 Volvo 850, I am having trouble with heat blower. It keeps runing even after I killed the engine and pulled the key out. What I do to stop it remove the fuse so that it won't kill my battery.

I like to examine the blower motor. Will I be able to do it just by removing the glove box? or Do I need to remove also the knee bolster. If i must remove the bolster what are the exat steps..I can hardly see screws with the bolster thingi and what is it used for anyways?
