Yeah, a B230 manifold should be a simple swap. The trickiest parts would be the cruise control and the intercooler to manifold ducting. Supposedly the 700 series ducting won't clear the stock P/S pump. Now you could adjust the P/S pump extremely close to the engine, swap it out for one with an external tank, go for a pump from a 93, grab the intake hoses from an 84 760T, or fabricate your own. FWIW I've not done the swap on either of my turbos, but both of them are intercooled with (non operational, but apparently hooked up) cruise control.
Is your cruise control actuator located on the passenger's side or what?
