rattling at idle 200

the B19A is 1986 cc it is similar to b21 and b23 but has a 88.9 mm bore.
I have done a compression chech and all cylinders have 160 psi +/- 4 psi.
Will check the heat shield, but it sound like it's coming from the valve train
