I think crutchfield is great if you are clear on what you need. they offer decent prices and reasonable customer service. But in this case and installer would really be an asset. I think that going to a setup of sperates, mount the tweeter somewhere near but away from the woofer, is the way to go. I think you'll save somedepth and get great sound. the installer can make suggestions on how to 'hide' this stuff in plain view to meet your goals of it looking as stock as when you bought it. Don't worry about the panel blocking sound, it will, but so does a speaker grill. It's not a major issue with lower tones. The best place to put speakers would be in those holes behind the map pockets. There, you could go with a coaxial speaker, although seperates would still sound better. As long as the map pocket is more then ~ a half an inch away, it'll be fine. You might also consider collor matching the grills to help hide them a bit better. Again, talk to installer at local car stereo shop, they will be areal asset to this project.
