See the FAQ on the footwell vent. The sunroof drains are four tubes that extend down the A and C pillars to the bottom of the car. They can leak from the top down if the tubes come unhooked or (very unlikely) are cracked inside the pillars. I think your leak comes from the vent panels. Pop these out and replace the seals.
