Torque Angle Gauge?

Two steps:

First, tighten the front pulley bolt to 44 lb-ft. Second, tighten it another 60-degrees (that's one flat on the bolt head).

The two sprocket bolts (cam and intermediate shafts) and the tensioner nut are tightened to 37 lb-ft each.
