Relocate flame trap above the intake - what kind of hose ? 200 1985

Great . The breather box ( oil separator ) seems to be ok . I have periodically sprayed carb cleaner down the nipple at previous flame trap cleanings then changed the oil and filter . Whit 226 k miles on the car, I would like to take it off and do major cleaning or replacement but don't care to r/r the intake for access since the breather doesn't seem to be clooged .
