Valve Spring Absorber

Is the valve husher the same as the Valve Spring Absorber (A4155-31552)?

I noticed you do say where the hushers go, sorry I did not read closer!

The shuttle accident has me a little frazzled - I remember vividly the Challanger accident when I was in third grade - back when we all still watched space launches in school.
