If you want the original Volvo look, get the Bosch lights with the 145x86 mm light opening and H3/55W bulbs. Volvo part # 1333 778-7. Here's a scan from the Scandinavian version of the original Volvo accessory brochure for the winter of 1987/88. In Norway, the complete kit (two lamps, mounting parts, covers) cost 100 usd at the time.
