replacement door source in Scotland

HI everyone.
I need a rear offside door for my 86 740 estate. The present one has
succumbed totally to rust, door skin is paper thin, bottom frame has rusted
out and the only thing holding it together is the plastic inner.
Anyone know of a scrappy in the Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh, Falkirk
area that would have a 740 or two lying about ????
Also, any ideas on the best way to take off and put on a whole door?
specifically, what is the best way to undo the bolts? On the body frame or
from the inside of the door with inner panels removed? The hinge seems to be
good. P.S. colour of door not too important, but if it's dark blue/green :)
P.P.S. Is a Saloon body door the same size? I have a 740 SE Saloon sitting doing nothing but it has electric rear windows whilst the estate does not. Could I swap the doors?

Cheers Stuart.
