Flywheel Sensor

Hi:

I'm still perplexed by this Sensor. To be more specific, it screws into a tapped hole on the right side of the Flywheel Casting at about the 9 O'Clock position. I know the sensor for the Automatic Transmission, mounted on top, at the junction of the Engine and Bell Housing. It's not that and looks totally different. I can't seem to get an identification from any of the Online Parts Houses. What is it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
