stuck lock 700

My drivers side door lock has suddenly stopped working. The key will go in but it wont budge left or right. The locking mechanism will still lock from the inside and lock all of the other doors. Yes, it has gotten down to 35 below 0 here! But it is now 20 degrees out and it's still not working. I have tried lock de-icer, wd-40 and heating my car key with a lighter and then sticking it in. No dice! Passenger side door works fine. I have those funny looking volvo keys by the way. Any ideas or suggestions about what could be wrong or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated! Thank You.
