Turbo Boost Problem? 700 1989

They were oily. While I had the throttle body off, I could see a puddle in the intake housing, too. I dabbed it dry and reassembled. The fluctuating idle is still odd. The power is back to 'normal.' At least it's not bogging down anymore. Now if I could figure out the idle problem....
