I drained the coolant now it is getting cold !#$%^!#$%

If the previous mix of antifreze was correct, the residue in the system should not freeze.
If the mix was unknown, or you flushed it with plain water, then you may have a problem, in which case you should put the corrct stuff in before it freezes.
