It finally started, after cranking about 60 times every 15-30 min or so. Could it be a Choke problem? Does mine have a choke? What would I need to fix if it was a Choke problem?

Where is the FAQ's located at. The FAQ's located at the bottom lead me to a 'how do I post a message' type FAQ'
